Odour: Faint Solvent Odour.

ACTIVE BREAK is a powerful, non-perfumed cleaner for the removal of fats and oils from walls, floors and equipment in food processing areas. It can be applied by the spray-and-wipe method or by mopping or hand-scrubbing.

For Use On…

Walls, floors, food processing equipment, ovens, barbeques, hot plates, griddles, stainless steel benchtops, fan exhausts and inlets, hoods and ducting, butchers’ boning rooms, abattoirs, kitchens, and all food processing areas.

Not suitable for use on aluminium unless diluted to below 1 in 100 with water.

Application:

ACTIVE BREAK is corrosive to the skin: wear protective gloves and glasses as detailed in the Safety Data Sheet.

  1. Cover or remove all food and food packaging materials from the area before cleaning.
  2. Scrape off all loose soil and remove.
  3. Pre-rinse surfaces with warm water.
  4. Dilute ACTIVE BREAK with hot water (cold may be used but is not as effective) according to the Usage instructions below.
  5. Apply the solution by spray-gun, foam-gun, mop or sponge and allow time for it to break down the soilage.
  6. Rinse product-contacting surfaces with potable water after use.

USAGE:

Light-duty cleaning: 1 part in 80 – 100 parts of water, depending on the degree of soilage.

Heavy-duty cleaning: 1 part in 40 parts of water.

Spray on / wipe-off cleaning: 1 part in 10 parts of water.

Degreasing: From neat to 1 in 5 parts of water.
