Odour: No odour. 

BUILDERS KLEEN provides a safe and environmentally friendly solution to clean brick walls. It is an organic salt and is non-fuming. However, in the presence of reactive deposits such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate BUILDERS KLEEN behaves just like hydrochloric acid, rapidly dissolving scale and calcium deposits. It’s fast acting and easy to use. See below for further application details.

 Application:

Lime, Scale and Rust Remover:

1. Dilute 1-part BUILDERS KLEEN with 3 parts water (250 ml per litre of water).
2. Pour, Foam or Brush solution onto surface and allow to penetrate. Use a brush or deck scrub to agitate soil and assist soil removal.
3. Thoroughly rinse with water.
4. Repeat if necessary. 

EXCESS GROUT & MORTAR 1. Dilute 1-part BUILDERS KLEEN with 3 parts waters. 2. Brush solution onto surface and scrub until the excess grout has been removed. 3. Thoroughly rinse with water. Repeat if necessary.

Contains: Urea Hydrogen Chloride less than 50%, Chloride Content 10 - 15% and Water to 100%.
